UN tender support for suppliers

We help suppliers find the right UN and UNDP tenders, register on UNGM and agency portals, and submit complete, compliant bids in their own name.

Why it matters

Most lost UN bids are lost on compliance, not price.

UN tenders are evaluated strictly. A missing form, an expired document, a wrong currency or a late submission can disqualify an otherwise competitive offer. Small and new suppliers also struggle to find relevant tenders in time and to read long solicitation documents.

Caledon Peak gives you a structured process: the right tenders, a complete checklist, clear questions and a final review before you press submit.

What we do

Tender support services from search to submission.

Choose the support you need for each tender, from a one-off review to ongoing tender monitoring.

Tender search and screening

We monitor UNGM and agency portals for tenders that match your products, countries and capacity, and screen out the ones you are unlikely to win or cannot deliver.

  • Tender alerts matched to your UNSPSC codes
  • Go / no-go screening against eligibility and requirements
  • Deadline tracking in your local time

Registration and portals

We guide you through UNGM registration at the level each tender needs, and through agency portals such as UNDP's supplier portal.

  • UNGM Basic, Level 1 and Level 2 checklists
  • Agency portal account setup walkthroughs
  • Document and certified-translation checklist

Requirements checklist

We turn the solicitation documents (RFQ, ITB, RFP or EOI) into a single checklist of every mandatory document, form, specification and condition.

  • Technical and financial requirements
  • Forms, declarations and bid security if required
  • Evaluation method and weightings

Clarification questions

We help you draft clear clarification questions for you to submit through the official channel before the deadline.

  • Ambiguities in specifications
  • Delivery, Incoterms and payment terms
  • Document and format questions

Bid completeness review

Before you submit, we check your bid against the checklist for missing documents, unsigned forms, inconsistent figures and formatting errors that lead to disqualification.

  • Compliance matrix
  • Consistency between technical and financial offers
  • Final submission checklist

After the bid

We help you follow up on contract awards, prepare for purchase orders and invoicing, and learn from results for the next tender.

  • Award and debrief follow-up
  • Purchase order and invoicing support
  • Lessons for the next bid
How we work

Clear rules that protect your bid.

  • The supplier bids in its own name and signs its own bid
  • The supplier sets its own price and deals with the UN buyer directly
  • We never bid, take title to goods or hold funds
  • We do not contact UN procurement staff on your behalf during a tender, and all questions go through the official channel
  • We respect each organization's rules on agents, intermediaries and commissions, including disclosure on the UNGM Level 1 form
  • Fees are agreed in writing before work that relies on compensation, with nothing hidden in your bid price
Who it is for

Suppliers ready to sell to the UN.

UN tender support suits manufacturers, distributors and service companies that:

  • Supply goods the UN buys regularly, such as solar and power equipment, vehicles, construction materials, medical supplies, IT equipment, furniture, relief items and fuel
  • Can deliver to the countries where UN missions and programmes operate
  • Are incorporated and able to provide registration documents and references
  • Want to bid for UN or other public tenders but lack the time or experience

FAQ

UN tender support questions.

What is UN tender support?

UN tender support helps a supplier find suitable UN tenders, register on the right portals, understand the requirements and submit a complete, compliant bid. The supplier remains the bidder.

Can you guarantee that I will win a UN tender?

No. UN tenders are competitive and are evaluated by the UN organization under its own rules. Our role is to help you bid for the right tenders and avoid the mistakes that disqualify bids.

Which UN organizations do you cover?

We follow tenders published on UNGM and on agency portals, including UNDP, UNICEF, UNHCR, WFP, UNOPS, WHO, peacekeeping missions and the UN Secretariat.

Which countries do you cover?

We support suppliers worldwide. Many opportunities are in East Africa, South Sudan, the Sahel, South Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.

Do I need to be registered on UNGM first?

For most UN tenders, yes. If you are not registered yet, start with our UNGM registration guide or ask us to walk you through it.

Are intermediaries allowed in UN procurement?

UN organizations require suppliers to disclose intermediaries, agents or consultants used in relation to UN contracts or bids, for example on the UNGM Level 1 form. We work transparently within these rules.
